Aesets With respect to which a credit for foreign taxes paid is allo~able under the Internal Revenue Caie; or 2. Asaets which may be sub~ect to both income and estate taxes and Which may be eligible for a c~redit or deduction. The Trustees are specifically authorized to satisfy said share in money or in kind or partly in money and partly in kind; and if vhollq or partly in kind~ to select and allot to this SHARE, the specific asset or assets so selected; provided, however~ that any assets transferred in kind to satisfy this SHARE shall be valued for that purpose at their fair market values determined as of the date or dates of their transfer.
