The GUDRUN HANSEN FAMILY TRUST shall consist of the balance
of the property in th~ Grantor's Trust which has not been included
in the ARTHUR B. HANSEN SHARE above described. The ~rantor's spouse
shall have no power to alter or amend this GllDRUN HANSEN FAMILY .
TRUST.

At quarterly or more frequent intervals, the Truatees shall ~

pay or apply the entire ae't iacome from the C,UDRUN HANSEN FAMILY ;
TRUST to the use of the Grantor's spouse~ so long as the spouse ~

shall live. ~
On the death of Grantor's said spouse~ the Trustees shall be

authorized to Withhold distribution of an amount of property '
sufficient, in their judgment. to cover any liability for estate ;
or other taxes until such liability is finally determined. ;

Upon the death of the Grantor's spouse or upon the C,rantor's ~

death if the spouse shall not survive the Grantor~ this Trust shall
~
~ terminate and the Trustees shall divide the then remaining corpus ~
~

i and undistributed income into three (3) equal shares to be distri- ~
~ . I
~ buted, outright~ as follows: -

~ One (1) Share to LAILA G. WILSON

~ One (1) Share to ARTHUR B. HANSEN~ JR. ~

~ In the event any of the above-named children of the Grantor ~
~ should be deceased upon the termination of this Trust, the share

~ for such-deceased child shall be placed into the HANSEN GRAND- _

~F, CHILDREN TRUST and divided into as many equal shares as there are ~

children of such deceased child of the Grantor then surviving ~

to be held pursuant to the terms of the HANSEN GRANDCHILDP.EN TRUST

= In the event any of the Grantor's children should predecease
