ARTICLE 9- RULE AGAINST PERPETUITIES

Anything to the contrary notWithatanding~ no trust created ~

hereunder shall continue beyond twenty-one (21) years after the ;

death of the last to die of those beneficiaries vho Were

living at the time of the Graator's death; and upon the expiration
of such period all truste shall terminate and the asseta thereof
shall be distributed outright to those parties (and in the same
proportions) as are then receiving the incon~e therefrom.
ARTICLE 10 - COM*tON DISASTER
In the event that the Grantor's death and that of the Grantor's
spouse shall occur as the result of a common disaster and there
is no sufficient evidence that the Grantor's spouse and the
Grantor died otherwise than simultaneously~ it shall be presumed
for the purpose of this Agreement that the Gran-tor's spouse
survived the Grantor.
ARTICLE 11 - DISCRETIONARY POWER OF INVASION OF CORPUS ~

In addition to the net income~ the Trustee is suthorized in

I its sole and absolute discretion at any time and from ti~ae to

~ time, to pay or apply from the corpus of the Trust~ even to the

p point of completely exhausting the same. such amounts as it may

deem advisable to provide adequately and properlq for the support~
~ -

~ maintenance~ welfare and comfort of one or more of anq then income
' beneficiary under this Trust. The trustees~ however~ shall not

~ exercise suci~ discretion unless all other visible assets of the

~ ~
~ then income beneficiary appear to be exhausted.

~ ARTICLE 12 - POT~'ERS

The (;rantor hereby grants to the Trustees the continuing~

absolute~ discretionary pover to deal With any property, real
or personal~ held in trust~ as freely as the Grantor might in hand-
ling the Grantor's ovn affairs. Such poWer may be exercised
