This Agreemedt shall be coastrued and regulated in all
respecta by the laws of the State of Florida.
The Truatees hereby accept the Trusts hereby created.
It is the Grantor's intention thYOUgh this Trust that each
adopted child or grandchild shall be treated the same as if he
vere the natural child of the adoptive parents and that issue
of adopted children shall be treated as beiag in the natural family
line of the adoptive parents. Thus~ the terms "children",
"descendante"~ "lineal descendants"~ "issue"~ and all variations
of these terms~ or similar terms. are intended to include
adopted children of the Crantor'or of any of the beneficiaries
" of this Trust Agreement.
ARTICLE 18 - SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE
~ Upon the death or incapacity of either Trustee~ the
surviving Trustee shall serve as sole Trustee with all of the
povers as hereinabove enun~erated.

~ Florida~ shall assume the duties of Successor Trustee With all

~ the powers as hereinbefore enumerated. ~

~ The Grantor directs that no fiduciary named herein be
~ required to post a bond to secure faithful performance. ~

In establishinq the inability of a Trustee to act or
~ continue to act hereunder~ the statements of two licensed doctors
~
of inedicine shall be sufficient to establish such incapacitp and

~ of any party hereto or of any court shall be necessary to vest
- in the Successor Trustee the fiduciary poWers and duties in the
