and GUDRUN HANSEN as TRUSTEES.
W I T N E S S E T H: `

That the Grantbr has thie day delivered to the Trustees the property
described in Schedule "A" attached hereto and the Trustees agree to hold,
administer and diatribute all of aforesaid assete (together With all
additions thereto and all reinvestmeats thereof) as the corpus of a trust
estate, for the benefit of Grantor in accordance with the terma and
provisions hereinafter set out. ~
ARTICLE 1 - FIDUCIARIES
As set forth in this Trust Agreement, the term "TRUSTEES" shall
include and apply to the Trustee or Trustees as the case may be and to
f their successors as set forth hereinafter in thia Trust Agreement.

~ ARTICLE 2 - GRANTOR'S LIFETIME

' The Truetees shall hold, nanage and control the propertq comprising

~ the trust estate~ collect the income therefrom~ and ahall disburse the
~ net income derived therefrom, in quarterly or oth~ convenient installments-
~ to the Grantor during the Grantor's life or to such person or persons and
~
~ in such proportions as the Grantor may from time to time direct, ~r apply
~

~ the same for the benefit of the Grantor.
Either the Grautor or any other pereon may at any time and from

~
~
~ time to time add property~ acceptable to the Trustees, to the trust estate,
~ including, without limitation, the proceeds of life insurance made payable
~
to the Trustees.

~ The Grantor reserves the right at.any time and from time to time~
by an instrument in writing duly acknowledged and delivered to the
Trustees to amend or revoke the Trust in whole or in part.
