use of the Crantor's apouse~ eo long as the spouse shall live.

such liability is finallq determined.
Upon the death of the Grantor's apouae or upon the Grantor's death
if the spouae shall not aurvive the.Grantor~ thia Truat shall terminate
and the Trustees shall divide the then remaining corpus and undistributed
income into three (3) equal shares to be distributed, outright~ as followe:
One (1) Share to LAILA G. WILSON
One (1) Share to SYLVIA E. SARTAIN
One (1) Share to ARTHUR B. HANSEN~ JR.
In the event any of the above narned children of the Grantor should be
; deceased upon the termination of this Trust, the share for such deceased ~

I child shall be placed into the HANS$N GRANDCHILDREN TRUST and divided into

~ as many equal shares as there are children of such deceased child of the

; Grantor then surviviag to be held pursuant to the terme of the HANSEN

~ GRANDCHILDREN TRUST as hereinafter set forth.

~ In the event any of the Grantors children should predecease the Grantor

g leaving no iasue them surviving, their share shall lapse and such share shall

~ be divided equally among the other children of the Grantor.

~ ARTICLE 6- THE HANSEN GRANDCHILDREN TRUST
~ Any-ahares as hereinabove created to be held in the HANSEN GRANDCHILDREN
~ TRUST shall be held ae separate ahaYes for the indicated beneficiaries pur-
suant to the following [erms and conditions:
'-Y A. At quarterly or nare frequent intervals~ the Trustees
shall pay or apply the net income from each share to or
- for the benefit of the respective beneficiary of that

- B. The Trusteea shall have the diacretion to invade the
corpus of each trust share for the eupport~ health, Welfare~
T~~~ maintenance or education of that Truat's beneficiary.
