HomeMy WebLinkAbout0222 C. In the case of principal, the Grantor's Trustees may receive
or retain such property and hold the same in trust on behalf
of such minor during his or her minority and deliver and pay
over the same to such upon his or her attaining the age of
twenty-one (21) years. While said property may be held by the
Trustees, they may exercise with respect thereto all the
poWers which are conferred upon the Grantor's Trustees here-~
under, specifically includ~ng the power to sell, lease or
mortgage real property, and they are hereby further empowered
to pay out for the benefit of such minor such part or all of
the income and principal of such property as to them shall
seem proper for the support, maintenance, health, education or
comfort of such minor.
ARTICLE 8 - TAXE?S
~ The Grantor directs that all estate or death taxes, by whatever
name given, including interest and penalties thereon, imposed under the
laws of any jurisdiction by reason of the Grantor's death upon or in
relation to property includible in the Grantor's estate for the purpose
of such taxes, whether such property passes under or outside of this
Trust Agreement, be paid out of the corpus of the ARTHUR B. HANSEN FAMILY
TRUST, and that no portion thereof be paid from the corpus of the GUDRUN ~
HANSEN SHARE qualifying for the Marital Deduction. -

; ARTICLE 9- RULE AGAZNST PERPETUITIES

Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, no trust created hereunder

~ shall continue beyond twenty-one (21) years after the death of the last
: to die.of those beneficiaries who were living at the time of the Grantor's

~ death; and upon the expiration of such period all trusts shall terminate

~ and the assets thereof shall be distributed outright to those parties

; (and in the same proportions) as are then receiving the income therefrom.

3, ARTICLE 10 - COMMON DISASTER
In the event that the Grantor's death and that of the Grantor's
:~4 sgouse shall occur as the result of a common disaster and there is no
;'=F sufficient evidence that the Grantor's-spouse and the Grantor died
` otherwise than simultaneously, it shall be presumed for the purpose of
this Agreement that the Grantor's spouse survived the Grantor.
