B. The Trustee is suthorized to vote through its officers, employees
or agents, in person or by general, limited or discretionary ~
proxy, With respect to any investment that may be owned by the ~
trust, or consent for any purpose, fn respect of any stocks or ~
other securities constituting assets of the trust; to exercise
or sell anq rights of subscription or other rights in respect {
thereof; and to take any other action it may deem prudent with }
regard to any reorganization, merger, consolidation, bankruptcy ~
or other proceeding affecting any stock, bond, note or other
security.
C. All investments may be held in the name of a nominee or in
bearer form.
ARTICLE 15 - BANKS AND STOCK BROKERS
Banking institutions, savings and loan institutions and stock
brokerage firms and stock transfer agents, as vell as all other third
persons, are authorized to rely upon the provisions of this Trust instrument
and are exonerated from any loss, claim or liability in relying on said ~

instrument and its provisions. Parties dealing with the Trustees and ~

Successor Trustees and Co-Trustees named hereunder are not required to
; investigate or determine their authority, or the validity, or the advis- ~
E ability of the transactions, or to see to the proper exercise of powers,

~ or to follow the disposition of monies and/csr groper delivery, to the 3

~ Trustees or Successor Co-Trustees hereunder. 4

~ ARTICLE 16 - AMENDMENT OR REVOCATION ~
; The Grantor expressly reserves the right, at any time from time to ~

~ ti~ during the Grantor's life by a notice in writing signed and acknowledged ~

~ by the Grantor in the manner required by laws of the State of Florida ~

~ for the recording of a Deed of real property and filed with the Trustees ~
~ _
at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date thereof, to withdraW
~
all or any part of the principal free and discharged of the terms and
- conditions of the Agreement, and of the trusts hereby created, and to
T;~ revoke or amend this Agreement, and to alter and terminate the trusts ;
hereby created.
