This Agreea?ent ahall be construed and regulated in all Yeapects by

It is the Grantor's intention through this Truet that each adopted '
child or grandchild ahall be treated the eame as if he were the natural
child of the adoptive parents and that issue of adopted children shall be
treated as being in the natural familq line of the adoptive parents. Tfius,
the terma "children". "descendanta"~ "lineal descendants"~ "issue",
and all variations of these terme, or similar teYms~ are intended to
include adopted children of the Grantor or of any of the beneficiaries of
this Trust Agreement.
ARTICLE 18 - SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE

Upon the death or incapacity of either Truatee~ the~surviving 1`rustee
shell serve as sole Trustee with all of the poWers as hereinabove enumerated..

supervisions and management of this Trust. The words "Trustee" and "Co-
