proven by competent evidence~ and that there is now due and owing to the
plaintiff from the defendants on the mortgage indebtedness described
in the Complaint the sum of $40,000.00, together with interest thereon
from the 15th day of November, 1973, at the rate of 8 1/2 percent per
annum, said interest being computed as of the 15th day of November,
1973, in the amount of $1,359.26, attorney's fees in the amount of
$4~113.33 and $91.20 court costs; making the total of $45.563.79 due to
the plaintiff.
(3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff.
(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the sum specified '
in the precedi.ng paragraph, superior in dignity to an(y right, title, ~
~nterest or clai~ of the defendants in the above-styled cause upon the i
