THIS DEED, Made this 21st day of March, 1974, by and
between TRAVEL TRAILER CENTER, INC., a West Virginia Corporation,
of Parkersburg, ~+1est Virginia, Grantor, party of the first part,
and FRANK ADREAN,JR., and HAZEL ADREAN, husband and wife, Grantee ,
whose address is 711 Franklin Avenue, Belpre, Ohio, parties of
the second part,
WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and
valuable considerations, to it hand paid by the parties of the
