This conveyance is subject to the following:
1. Taxes and assessments for the year 1974 1
and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and
~easements of record.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and exhibits
attached thereto and the Articles of Incorporatio
~ of the Association named in said Declaration of
Condominium.
Being the same property conveyed to Tra vel
Trailer Center, Inc., a West Virginia corporation,
by deed from Holiday Out In America At St. Lucie,
Inc., a Florida corporation, dated February 2.
1971, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
Deed Book 190, page 578.
