a distance of 50.48 feet; thence run South 00°00'30"
West a distan of 439.79 feet to the North right-of-way
of State Road 0; thence run South 70°08'30" West along
the North right-of-way of State Road 70 a distance of 160.00
feet; thence run North 00°00'30" East a distance of 495.74
feet to the point of beginning; all in St. Lucie County,
