and do by these presents absolutely give, grant, remise, retease and forever
quit-claun unto the said.grantees, their heirs .and assign~ forever, all such right
aad title as they,- the said grantors, have or ought to have in and_ to. all that
- ~~~M certain land (granted lands) situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

Begin at the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest
s 1/4 Section 22, Township 36 South, Range 4U East (according.~to
a the plat of River Park, Unit 1, as recorded in Plat Book 10, page

of way for U. S. No. 1; thence run Southerly along the arc of a curve

run South 00° 07' West 493. 69 feet to the point of beginning. _
GY`antors also grant to Grantees a twenty-five (25) foot non-exclusive right
i and easement appu~tenant~ over the following describ~edjlands.for the purpose
of excavation, construction, laying, maintaining, repairing and/or operating
storm draiaage facilities from the granted lands to the existing drainage
; canal to the west of said granted lands:

~ A 25 foot strip of land commencing in the southeast corner of the

~ granted lands and extending westerly along the southern boundary
~ of Grantors' adjoining lands to said existing drainage canal, a
~ distance of approximately 180 feet.

~ TO HAYE AND TO HOLD the premises aforesaid, with the appurtenances t ere-
~ unto belonging to the said grantees, their heirs and assigns, so that neither the
~ said grantors, nor their heirs, nor any other persons claiming title through or'
under them, shall or witl hereafter clai~ or demand any right or title to the

~ premises, or any part thereof; but they and every one of them shall by ese
~ presents be excluded and forever barred.
AND FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, BETTY S. SEMBLER, wife of
MELVIN F. SEMBLER; CHARLOTTE DANGLER, wife of ALBERT L. DANGLER;
and DOROTHY A. MANOS, wife of TTICHOLAS MANOS, do hereby remise, release
and forever qnit-claim unto the said grantees, their heirs and assigns, all our
right and expectancy of DOWER in the above described premises.
