MORTGAGE NOTE ~

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned promises to pay to FIRST
FEDERAL SAYIN6S AND LOAN~ASSOCIATION OF LARGO, or order, Largo, Florida,
herein designated as Payee, at the office of the Payee, the sum of ONE
MILLION 7NREE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/a00--------------~~~RS (51,300,000.00),
with interest from date at the rate of NINE AND ONE-HALF ( 9 1/2 percent
per annum, on or before TWELVE (12) months from date hereof. In any event,
interest payment only shall be made monthly on amounts disbursed hereunder,
until the 12th day of April, A. D., 1975, when the entire principal plus
any unpaid accrued interest shall be due and payable:
It is agreed that time is of the essence of this contract, and if ~
default shall be made in the payment of the said s~ns of money or any part
thereof as provided in this note, or if the interest that may become due
hereon or any part thereof shall be behind and unpaid for a period of thirty
(30) days, then from thence forth it shall be op~ional with the Payee to
consider the whole or said principal sum expressed in this.note, with interest, .
as immediately due and payable and collectible, without notice to the Maker,

` Now should it become necessary to collect this note through an
t attorney, the undersigned agrees to pay all costs of such collection,
^ including a reasonable attorney's fees. The drawers and endorsers severally
~ waive presentment for payment, protest and notice of protest for non-payment
~ of this note. -

~ It is further a condition of this note that when construction on the
~ property which is the security for this note is completed and leases assigned as
security for this note that the payee or assinees shall have no right to a deficiency
~ judgment with respect to this obligation and makers liability shall be iimited to the
~ security soley for the satisfaction of said debt in the event oreclosure.
