AMENOMENT OF DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM

The Declaration of Condominium filed by VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA ~
AT INDIAN RIYER, INC., (formerly known as Holiday Out in America at St. ~
Lucie, Inc.) (the "Developer") with respect to its condominium property
located in St. Lucie County, Florida, known as Venture Out at Indian
River, Inc., which is filed of record in Official Records Book No. 201,
at page 1402, et seg., in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
St. Lucie County, Florida, as amended by the Amendment to Declaration
of Condominium which is filed of record in Official Records Book No. 225,
at page 809, et se~c., in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court,

St. Lucie County, Florida, is hereby amended by the Qeveloper, to delete
the first paragraph of Article XI of said Declaration of Condominium
found in Official Records Book No. 201 at page 1412 and to substitute
~ therefor a new first paragraph which shali read as follows:

"A. ~~o restrictions are placed herein with
~ respect to the rental of Condominium units except }
~ that all rentals shall be made in accordance with
# such rules as may be promulgated from time to time
~ by the Association in order to insure that rentals
~ of Condominium units are effected in a manner which
' will not interfere with the peaceful possession and
~ proper use of the Condominium property by the residents
~ thereof. Prior to the Cessation of Development the
~ authority to promulgate such rules shall be vested
~ in the Developer.° -

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA AT INDIAN RIVER,

~ INC., a Florida corporation, has caused this Amendment to be executed
