AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
. The Declaration of Condominium filed by VENTURE OUT IN
AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC. (the "Developer") with respect to its
condominium property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, known as ;
Venture Out at St. Lucie, Inc., which is filed of record in Official
Records Book No. 189, at page 1677, et. seg. in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida as corrected in Official
Records Book No. 190, at page 2656 in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, and as amended by the Amendment
to Declaration of Condominium which is filed of record in Official Records
Book No. 203, at page 1837, et. se~c•, in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, is hereby amended by the Devel- -
oper, to delete the first paragraph of Article XI of said Declaration of
Condominium as amended found in Official Record Book No. 203, at page 1837

! and to substitute therefor a new first paragraph which shall read as follows:

~ "A. No restrictions are placed herein with respect to
the rental of Condominium units except that all rentals shall
& be made in accordance with such rules as may be promulgated
~ from time to time by the ~Jeveloper in order to insure that _
~ rentals of Condominium units are effected in a manner which
~ will not interfere with the peaceful possession a~d proper
~
~ use of the Condominium property by the resident thereof.
