OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC.), a Corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the State of Florida, the holder of the mortgage, and
indebtedness secured by same of each of the mortgages listed below, recorded
in Official Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and more fully described
as follows:
Mortgage executed by Henry W. Miller and/oN Inga L. Miller, his wife,
dated March 2, 1974, recorded in ORB 225, page 717, under Clerk's file

For valuable considerations received from YENTURE ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, ;
Atlanta, Georgia, hereby on the 12th day of April, 1974, assigns and sets
over the aforementioned mortgages and notes and debts described therein
to VENTURE ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, with full recourse on assignor.
