THIS INDENTURE, executed this 12th day of April , 197 4,
between LAWRENCE H. GOLDBERG as Mcillary Administrator C.T.A. of the Estate
of ADRIAN H. MICKENS, 3R., deceased, Party of the First Part, and FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF ATLANTA, First National Bank Tower, 2 Peachtree Street, Northwest,
Atlanta, Georgia, as Trustee, Party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH:
The Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Order of the Circuit Court
for Broward County, Florida (P~obate Division) in Probate Case No. 40001, dated _
the 8th day of April , 197 4, said Order being entitled "Order
Approving Accounts and Directing Distribution", and in consideration of the
premises and the sum of ~10.00 and other good and valuable consideration in
hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, release"s, conveys and confirms to the Party of the
Second Part, its heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie j3s,
County, Florida described as: ~
Undivided one-half interest in Lot 11, Block 3,
replat of SURFSIDE PLAZA UNIT 1, as recorded in
Plat Book 8, Page 7 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Flori_da, said land lying and situated
in St. Lucie Count~i, Florida.
TOGETNER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO.HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second Part, its heirs, successors
and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with the Party of the
Second Part, its heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in
~ and about the sale and this conveyance the orders of the above-named Court and
~ the~laws of Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
