Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments aad appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
~ anywise appertaining, and also all buildings, structures, additions and improvements, now or at any time hereafter '
~ erected thereon, together with and induding all of the boilers, machines, heating plant, lighting plant, and all `
~ plumbing apparaws, fixtures, appliances, ventilating equipment, toilets, basins, electric heating and lighting
plants, lighting fixtures, power machinery, plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other elevators,
including passenger and other elevators, venetian bGnds, refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters, now or hereafter
located in the building upon said land, and all other machinery, appliances and apparatus now or hereafter placed on said ;

premises, either in renewal or replecement of fixtures, machinery, appliances and appurtenances originally installed on 3

free from any encumbrances. retention of title or other claims in tevor of any other person and tfiet this deed ahall be a

- by the Mortgagor, or intended so to be, unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple.
And the Mortgagor covenants with the Mortgagee, that the Mortgagor has full power and lawful right to convey
said land in fee simple as aforeseid: that it shall be lawful for the Mortgagee at aq times peaceably and quietly to enter
upon, hold, occupy and eniov seid land: that said land is free trom all encumbrances except aa may be herein described: !
that the Mortgagor will make auch further assurencea to perfect the fee aimple title to said land in the Mortgagee as m~y ~
reasonably be required; and that the Mortgagor hereby fi~lly warrante the title to eaid land and will defend the eame
