Oldham, hereafter called the Husband. W I T N E S S E T~i: • ~ The arties are Husband and Wife. The were married on ~ P Y ~ , April 2, 1954, at Dade County, Florida. There is the following ~ issue of the marriage: Debra Jo Oldham, age 12 years; Michael ; Edward Oldham, age 11 years; and Steven Douglas Oldham, age 10 years. No additional issue is contemplated. ~ ~ In consequence of disputes and irreconcilable differences, { the parties have separated and are now living apart. In view of i their in~ention to continue to live apart for the rest of their natural lives, they desire to settle their respective property rights and to agree on support provisions for the Wife and the_ issue o£ the marriage. ~ ~ Therefore, the parties agree: ~ 1.. Separation. The parties shall at all times hereafter ~ ' ~ continue to live separate and apart, free from interference from each other. Each party may reside at the place or'places he or ~ she may select. ~ ~ ~ ~ 2. Support for Wife. The Husband, during his lifetime, S ~ ~shall pay to the j~ife for her support and maintenance the sum of ~ ~ ~ $100.00 per month, in advance on the first of each month, begin- ~ ~ning on the first day of May, 1972, and continuing thereafter un- ~ y ~ til the death, remarriage, or full-time gainful employment of the : ~ ~ Wife. s ~ ' ~ r' his lifetime 3. Support for Children.
