b. Each party shall notify the other promptly of ~
any serious illness or serious accident be-- ~
falling the children.

c. COncerning all matters of policy involving the
children, such as their health and education,
the parties shall confer ~vi th the vieca to
adopting a harmonioqs attitude best calculated
to promote the childrens' welfare. The parties
shall use all reasonable efforts to maintain
free access and to creat a feeling of affection
between themselves and the children. Neither
' shall do anything to hamper the natural develop-
ment of the childrens' love and respect for the
other party.
d. The Husband shall also have a right to extended
~~isitation with the children during vacations
and major holidays. This shall be as agreed
~ by the parties, or set by the Court on appli- ~
cation of either. ~

5. Additional Provisions for Wife. Simultaneously with

the execution of this Agreement, the Husband, by Deed delivered
! to the t7ife, shall convey to the Wife his interest in the marital

i residence of the parties located at 11542 Northwest 57th Avenue, ;

R Hialeah, Florida. The Wife shall be theVsole owner of said =

~ property thereafter and shall be responsible for the mortgage

~ payments and taxes, insurance and maintenance thereof,.and all ~

~ other expenses attached thereto.
