THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Petition of JOHN R_ 4
ALLISON, III, as Executor and attorney for the above captioned
Estate for leave to sell real property and the Court having considered
the Petition and being fully advised in the premises, and it beinq
deemed to be to the best interest of the Estate that the said real
property be sold, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
THAT the Petition for leave to sell real property be and the
same is hereby approved and JO~i R. ALLISON, III, as Executor of
the Estate be and he is hereby authorized to oonvey title to the above
described property, to wit: `
