County, Florida.

2. That Petitioner has entered into a Deposit Receipt to ;
sell the su~ject property as evidenced by that certain contract attached
hereto and made a part hereof.

3. That the present liab ilities of the estate, consistirg of
~ $74~.00 in claims plus acl.~?inistrative costs, ex.:~e~ the casn assets

of the estate on hand, which total $100.00. The aforedescribed

~ property is the only other asset of the estate having any substan-
~ ~
~ tial value, an~, accordingly, a sale of the same is necessary in =

~ order to meet the obligations of the estate. ~

~ 4. That your Executor feels that it is in the best interest ~
