PROVIS IO\S REGARDI~TG THE PAYN~\T OF TAXr.S
A. The Lessee covenants and agrees wit2z the Lessor that t:.e
Lessee will promptly pay all taxes levied or assessed ~or ann af:.er
the year 197 5, and during the term hereby demised, by any anc a~l
taxir.g authorities, and including not only ad valorem and persor.a~ _
` property taxes, but also special assessments and liens for pub~ic :
