MISCELLANEOUS CO\TDO:~:INIUM PROVISIONS
The following provisior.s shall become operative and effective
i~.::,~diately upon the f iling, among the Public Records of the County
w::a:ein tr.e premises described in Exhibit "B" is located, of a
~~claration of Condominiur.l, submitting the premises described in
:,x:.ibit "B" attached hereto and r?ade a part hereof, to condo:~i:.ium
ow:.e:ship, in accordance with the laws of the State of Florica. =
A. Exr.ibit "C" annexed hereto an~ made a part hereof is a
~~s~ing of each Cor.dominium Apartment Unit to be located on tY~.e
c~ :~::o.:.iniu:,t pro~erty described in Exhibit "B", together wit:. its
~:~,re o: tae month:y rental payable hereunder, and its pro-rata

Co.?i.:iencing on the first day of the month following the rilin5
c~ ~:.e Declaration of CondominiLn~, the obligations ::or the pay:ae:~t
o~ rr.onthly rent in accordar.ce with Exhibit "C" shall be the severa~
ooligations of the owr•ers of each of the Condominium Apartment tTnits.
B. In order to secure the payment of all moneys due anc to
beco.:.e due r.ereunder, the Lessor is hereby given a lien on each
Condominium Apartme»t Unit (together with its proportionate i:~terest
in :.he corc,mon property) described in the Declaration of Condo:~?inium
` w:ich submit$ to condominium ow:~ership the property in Exhibit "B"
~ :.ereto annexed and made a part hereof.~
~ The lien herein granted s:~all accrue against each Condo:r.iniw~+n
~ A~artment Unit severally, and may be enforced against only those
y Cor.dominiu:n Apar`.ment Uriits whose owners have not paid tt.e rent or
~ ~:.e pro-rata snare o: the other obligations attributable to such -
~ u:.its. The lien shall be for the amount of such unpaid sums,
~ together with interest thereon, anii all sums advanced and paid by
~ ~:.a I.essor for taxes~and assessments, and payments on account o~ a
~ supe:ior mortgage, liens or encumbrances, which may be adva:~ced by
~ the Lessor in order to preserve and protect his lien, and reasonable
~~~orney's fees incurred in the collection and enforcement tnereo~,
~ T:~a lien hereby created in this Article~is in extension of the lien
~i granted to the Lessor under the provisions of Article )IXIYi of tnis

~ease, and shall have the same dignity and priority as said ien,
~ axcept that said lien shall apply to and be enforceable against the

Upon :ull pay:~ent of arrearages, ~dvances as set forth ir._the
~receding paragraph, interest and costs (including attorney's ~ees),

= • ~nd costs only, provided such satisfaction shall in no way diminish
