HomeMy WebLinkAbout0576 In the event that the Lessor's lien granted by the provisions of Article XXIV, B should, as to the whole or any part of the premises described in Exhibit "8", for any cause or reason whatsoever, be determined to be invalid, extinguished or un- enforceable, then the Lessee agrees that such fact shall not extinguish nor diminish in the slightest degree the Lessee's financial or other obligations hereunder, and that it will, in the manner as now prescribed by Chapter 711 of the Florida Statutes, and as such Statutes may be amended, make such assessments and enforce its lien therefor on the individual condominium apartment units in the condominium property, in order to comply with.and fulfill the Lessee's obligations to the Lessor hereunder. The parties understand and agree that nothing herein contained shall authorize the Lessor to collect the same indebtedness twice, ~ and any condominium apartment unit owner who pays the proportionate i share of the rent payable by his condominium apartment unit here- under, and its pro rata share bf the common expenses incurred in ; connection with the leased premises, shall be entitled to require y from the association and the Lessor a recordable satisfaction of ? the ~e~-~or the amount paid and discharged. . XXV AGREEMENTS ETC.
