A parcel of land lying in Section 27. Township 35 South~ Range
40 East~ St. Lucie County. Florida, more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the East half of the
Southeast quarter of said Section 27; thence on an assumed
bearing of South 89• 15' S6" East. along the North line of the
said East half of the Southeast quarter. a distance of 147.33
feet; thence South 47• 52' 11" East. a distance of 272.56
feet to the beginning of a curve, concave to the North and
having a radius of 105 feat; thence Southeasterly. along the
arc of said curve and through a central angle of 6' 48' 09"~
a distance of 12.49 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
continue Easterly. along the arc of said curve and through a

beginning of a curve concave to the Southwest, having a
