ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE !

ANTOINETTE F. SLAVIK, survivor of her deceased husband,
JOSEPH F. SLAVIK, whose death certificate is attached hereto, and
the holder of the mortgage executed by ALAN B. CALLAWAY and EDWARD
C. JOHNSON, as Trustees, to Joseph F. S lavik and Antoinette F.
Slavik, his wife, dated December 1, 1972, and recorded December 13,
1972, in O R Book 208, pages 2967 to 2969, inclusive, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, in consideration of the sum of $1.00
received from Antainette F. Slavik, as Trustee under Agreement of
Trust dated April 4, 1974, for Antoinette F. Slavik, hereby assigns
that mortgage and the note and debt described therein to Antoinette
F. Slavik, as Trustee under Agreement of Trust dated April 4, 1974,
for Antoinette F. Slavik. , - ~
