proven by competent evidence, and that there is now due and owing
to the plaintiff from the defendant(s) on the mortgage indebtedness
described in the Complaint the sum of $ 15,602.45 , together with ~

computed as of the 15th day of April , 19 74 , in the
amount of $ 937.42 , less escrow credit in the amount of

(3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff.
(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the sum specified
in the preceding paragraph, superior in dignity to ~.ny right, title,
interest or claim of the defendant(s) in the above-styled cause upon
