filed by Defendants, SHELDON B. MILLER, Trustee, and JEROME WEISBERG,

Trustee, said defendants having agreed to withdraw their Motion to
Dismiss, provided the Plaintiff amends its Complaint to include ;

KINGSWICKE ESTATES, INC., a Florida corporation, fee title holder,
and the Trustees of P. N. B. MORTGAGE AND REALTY INVESTORS, a Mary-
~ land trust, as mortgage holders, and the Court being fully advised

~ in the premises, it is

f ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff shall have twenty

~ days from the date of this Order to amend its Complaint to include

~ KZNGSWICKE ESTATES, INC., a Florida corporation, fee title holder,

~ and the Trustees of P. N. B. MORTGAGE AND REALTY INVESTORS, a Mary-

~ land trust, as mortgage holders, and .

~ THAT GERALD S. JAMES, Esquire, shall make appearance on
