This cause coming on upon the Stipulation of the Plaintiff,
DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTA-
TION and Defendants, KINGSWICKE ESTATES, INC., a Florida corporation,

and the Trustees of PNB MORTGAGE AND REALTY INVESTORS, a Maryland
Trust, and the Court being fully advised based on said Stipulation,

~f ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Stipulated Motion filed herein

~ be and is hereby granted and the Clerk of Circuit Court, ROGER

POITRAS, be and he is hereby ordered forthwith to pay the sum of

$201,000.00 to the Defendant, Trustees of PNB MORTGAGE AND REALTY
INVESTORS, a Maryland Trust, which sum shall be credited on account
as just compensation to be awarded in this proceecling without pre- '

judice to any Defendant in this cause insofar as the ultimate award
for the taking of this property is concerned.
