ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
Assignment was made this ~April, 1974, by Rex yi. CoLisoz and
Avis M. Coulson, his wife, of Fort Pierce, Florida AssiSnors to the
Sun Bank of Fort Pierce, Fort Pierce, Florida, Assignee.
1. Assignment. For value received, the Assignors hereby assigr.s
to the Assignee a certain mortgage deed and promissory note secured
thereby granted by James C. Smith and Pauline E. Smith, his wife,
tolt~he Assignors herein dated April /G 1974, recorded April,
, 1974, in O.R. Book 226= , Page R42 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering the hereir:after
described real property situated lying and being, in St. I.ucie Coe~nt~,
Florida, viz.,
Lot 1, Block 2, MARAVILLA PINES, According to the Piat thereaf
as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 39, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Warranty. The Assignors represent and warrant that there is
owing upon such note secured by the above expressed mortgage wi*_hout
offset or defense of any kind, the principal sum of 59,50~.00 ~ritn
interest of 7 1/2$ per annum from April /4~~ , 19i4, ar3d that
the~principal together with interest will become due on or before
January 1, 1975.
3. Collateral Security. This assignment is made as collateral
security for the ~payment of a promissory note, made by the Assignors
dated April 1974, for $10,000.00 to the order to the Assignee,
which, with interest at 9 1/4$ per annum is due~on or before January 4
1, 1975. The Mortgage and Note described herein shall be reassicmed ~
to the Assignors by the Assignee if the Assignors aote is fu12y oaid _
and discharged at its maturity.
