PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages ;
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: -
~ A mortgage deed, executed the 14th da~y of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Sook 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Oeed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of E1,112,392.00 and
also enc~nbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
~ Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867,~et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of

i ~,047_50 , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
` does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the ~
€ lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its ~

by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:

~ in that certain condominium known as Outdoor Resorts
of America at Nettles Island, according to plat
of Nettles Island Project recorded in Plat Book 16,
~ Pages 1 through 1(j) inclusive, and Declaration of

~ Page 2720, as last amended in Official Record Book
~ 192, Page 820, public records of St. Lucie Courty,
~ _ Florida
~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, witn the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
- nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,

Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released ~
