PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTCAGE us'
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:~
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAI CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organlzed under the laWS of the Unlted States of Amerlca, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
~ A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
55,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record 6ook 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Paqe 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and -
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First Natianal City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Ihirtv-One Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Six

, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fram the ~
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successon and assigns, that certain portion of the property canveyed

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the~same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that r~othing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
alter or diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remain~~g part of said mortgaged property not released
~ hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
