~ + PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:-

WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY 6ANK, a national banking associa-
tlon organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
~ A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October, <
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc..to Continental `
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
a5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida, ;
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
- Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207,_Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica- ~
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested Fint National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a ;
part of the mortgaged premises, fram the lien and operation of said 4
mortgage; -
NO1~1, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of

does remise, release, quit claim, exanerate and discharge from the ~
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its ~

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the `
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated t
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always, _
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, -
alter or diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid ~
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies'of the holder thereof. =
