DECLARATION OF DOMICILE AND CITIZENSHIP
TO THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT ANA THE STATE AND COUNTY TAX
ASSESSOR, ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA:

This is ~rqr declaration of Domicile and Citizenship in the State of
Florida. Said declaration is being filed this day in accordance, and in
conformity with Section 222.17, Florida statutes.
I was fornierly a legal resident of Omaha, Nebraska and I resided at
3311 South Forty-Eighth Street. However, I have changed my domicile
to and have been a bona fide resident of the State of Florida since ~
March 1, 1972 and I maintain the following mailing address of General
Development Corporation, St. Lucie County, Florida during my active duty ~
service with the United States Arny.
This statement is to be taken as my declaration of citizenship, ;
actual legal residence and domicile in the State of Florida.
(The following pertinent facts indicate my intent)
; 1. ownership of the following real estate in St. Lucie County,
~ Florida: Lot 21 of Block 2498 of Port St. Lucie Subdivision.

2, ownership of the following real estate in Sarasota County,
Florida: Lot 14 of Block 2443 of North Port Charlotte Subdivision.
3. execution of my Last Will and Testament claiming the State =
of Florida and County of St. Lucie as my legal residence
4. amendment of a]1 my military records to reflect St. Lucie
County, Florida as r~y pern~anent legal address .
5. amendment of my U.S. Army finance records to reflect
Fl orida as rqy pern~anent 1 egal address .
I further certify that I will register at my lacal address when the
registration books reopen, and comply with all other requirements of a ~
legal resident of this state. <
I further certify that I have no intention to return to my former `
domicile of Omaha, Nebraska, and I intend to be domiciled in St. Lucie ~
