The Plaintiff havinq shown an agreement by Defendant to pay
a real estate commission upon Plaintiff procuring a buyer for Defen-
dant's property and havinq shown that a buyer was procured and that
Defendant has failed and refused to pay the commission, the Court
finds that Defendant is indebted to the Plaintiff in the sum of
$320.00, therefore it as
CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said Piaintiff
do have and recover of and from the said Defendant the sum of
$320.00 damages together with the costs in this behalf expended
and herein taxed at $/$:S~ for all of which let execution issue.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Stuart, Florida this
llth day of April, 1974. ~
