Township Range s Pole No~S'D-5 ' f~ b Y , 19 ~ Florida Power & Light Company Miami, Florida . ; • ~ Gentlemen: In consideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable oonsideration which I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant a~d give to you and your successors an easement for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (incfuding wires, poles, guYs, cables, oonduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change the size of o~ remwe such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, Vim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, under, and across my/ou~ pro- perty described as follows: The North 290 feet of the East 35o feet of the North one-half (N~) of the Northwest quarter (NE4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE~) of Section 29~ Township 35 South, Range 40 East, less and excepting therefrom the right-of- way for public roads and less the land more particularly described in O.R. Book 189 Pa e 352. P~blic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~ g The easement more particularly described•as a strip 10 feet wide~ centered 111 feet South of and parallel to the North section line. beginning 40 feet West of the East section line, and running West a distance of 75 feet. Also a strip 10 feet wide, centered 45 feet West of and parallel to the East section line. beginning at the South right-of-way line of Edwards Road, and ruhning South a distancz of 146 feet.
