In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Povirgr & Light CompanY of $1.00 and other good and
valuable consideration which 1/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its successors and assigns an easement for the constn~ction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wi~es, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transfo~mer enclosures and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the ?ight to reconstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, b~ush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our property described
as follows; -
The easement more particularly described as the East 10 feet of the East 1/2 of the
NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, less the East 25 feet, and less the North 1025 feet of the
South 1064. 3 feet of the West 230 feet of the East 255 feet, less canal and road
rights-of-way, all in Section Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjacent to and parallel with
~ the West right-of-way line of Hartman Road as it now exists.

By acceptance of this easement herein granted, Florida Power & Light Company does
hereby release, quit claim and remise all rights, title and interest in that certain
easement da.ted August 21, 1926, recorded in Deed Book ?3, page 326, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida as it pertains to the above described property.
