tenance of electric utility facilities lincluding wi~es, poles, guYs. cables, cond~its. transforn~er enclowres and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, imp~ove, atld to, change
the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or penon; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions ~
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and acxoss my/our prop~rty described ;
