Power & Light Company and its successors and assigns an easement for the construction, operation and main-
tenance of elect~ic utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclowres and
~ appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change <
the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires o~ cables of any i
other Company or person; a19o, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions ~
