In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & light Company of $1.00 and other good and
valuable oonside~ation which I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, gra~t and give to Florida
Powef & Light Company and its successors and assigns an easement for the oonstruction, operation and main-
tenance of elect~ic utility facilities lincluding wires, poles, guys, c-ables, conduits, transforme~ enclosures and d
appurtenant equipmentl to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any 1, j b
other Company or person; al9o, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our property described
as follows; ~
The easement more particularly described as the West 22 feet of the East ?0 feet,
of the following described property:
Part of the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 30, Township 35 South, Range
40 East, lying South of Ten Mile Creek and lying East of Selvitz road containing
. 03 acres, more or less; and ALSO that part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, lying
East of the Selvitz road and North of County Road, more pa.rticularly described
as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 30, Townslup 35 South, Range 40 East, thence West ?6 feet to the East
right-of-way line of the Selvitz road, thence Southwesterly along the right-of-way
of the Selvitz road 725 feet to the North line of the County road, thence Easterly
along the right-of-K~ay of the County Road 876 feet to the right-of-way of the Canal,
thence North along the right-of-way of the Canal 600 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 4.17 acres, more or less, St. Lucie County, Florida.
It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjacent to and parallel with
the West right-o~-way of Canal # 100. (continued over)
