In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Powe~ & light Company of $1.00 and other good and
valuahle consideration which I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its wccessors and assigns an easement for the oonstniction, operation and main-
te~ance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclosures and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstn~ct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any d~
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth o~ other obstructions. .1~~
