AMTsNDMENT TO MORTGAG~
WI~REAS, AQUA RABSLLA, INC. , a Florida corporation, gave
a mortgage to the JTNSEN BTACH BANK~ a Florida b~aking corporation,
said mortgage being dated December 14, 1972 and recorded on
January 9, 1973 in Official Records Book 209, Page 2375, St. Lucie
County, Florida, public records, and,
WHER~AS, said mortgage was securing a note of even date
in the amount of $162,500.00, payable on or before June 15, 1973,
and ,
WHEREAS, the Parties are desirous of extending the time
for payment under said note.
NOW, THTREFORE, the Parties, for and in consideration of
One Doll~ar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations paid to the
JENS~N BEACH BANK, do hereby amend the said aote to be payable
on or before June 15, 1974.
IN ALL OTHER R1~SPECTS, said mortgage and note are hereby
ratified and coafirmed.
