of the County of , State of Florida, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, which term as used in every
instance shall include the Mortgagor's heirs, executors, successors, legal representatives, and assigns, including all sub-
sequent grantees, either voluntarily by act of the parties, or involuntarily by operation of law and shall denote the
singular and/or plural, and the masculine and/or feminine and the natural and/or artificial persons, whenever a~d
wherever the co~text so requires or admits, as parties of the first part, and COMMUNITY FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporation existing under the laws of the United States of America, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee, which term as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee s successors, legal representa-
tives, and assigns, as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mongagor does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described
real estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, ~nd in actual possession, situate in the County of
5t. Lucie , State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block 3227, PORT ST. LUCIE FLORESTA PINES
UNIT TWO, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
16,.pages 37, 37R through 37C, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all strudures and improvements now and he~eafter on said land and the fixtures attached
thereto and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises all of which a~e included
within the foregoing description and the habendum he~eof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating,
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixTures
and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in o~ on said premises, even though they
may be detached or detachable.
IT IS PAUTUALLY COVENANTED ANJ AGREED by and between the part~es hereto thar upon request of the Mort-
gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at ~ts option, at anyt~me with~n twenty (20} years frcm the date hereof and be-
fore full payment of th~s mortgage and notes secured hereby, ma~e further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an addit;onal note then
unpaid, and the total amount of ~ndebtedness that may be secured by rhis mortgage may decrease or ~ncrease from time
to time, but the total unpa~d balance so secured at any one t~me shal~ not exceed the maximum pr~nupal sum of

payment of taxes, levies, or insurance on the property covered by the lien of this mort~age with interest on such disburse-
