~ THIS INDENTURE, Made this lst day of April, A.D.,
~ 1974, by and between SUN OIL COMPANY OF PENNSYLVANIA, a corporation
organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, successor by merger to Sun Oil
Company, a New Jersey Corporation, 1608 Walnut Street, Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania, hereinafter called the Grantor, and FR.ANK A. GUERRIERO
and PAYLLIS GUERRIERO, hereinafter called the Grantees.
WITNESSETH:
That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of Sixty-six Thousand Dollars ($66,000.00), lawful money of
the United States, the, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,

Floricla, mar~e particularly described as follows:
Lots 9 and 12 of Block 2 of Carlton's
Addition to Fort Pierce,_Florida, according
to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1 at
_ Page 168, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Subject to all legal highways, easements,
restrictions and conditions of record and
easements or restrictions visible upon the
ground and any state of facts which an
accurate survey would disclose.
TOGETHER, with all the improvements, tenements, heredita-
ments and anpurtenances, with every privilege, right, title,
interest and estate, reversion, remainder and easement thereto

belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO AAVE AND TO IiOLD the same, together with the heredita-
ments and appurtenances•unto the Grantees, their heirs and assigns,
in fee simple forever.
