And the Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantees,
as aqainst all persons whomsoever lawfully cla~ ming or to claim
by, throuqh or under the Grantor, that the Grantor is lawfully
seised of those pre~ises, that they are free of all encumbrances, ~

exce~t as aforesaid, and that the Grantor has good right and
lawf _ authority to sell the same; and the Grantor does hereby
fully warrant the title to that land, and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever claiming or
to claim by, through or under the Grantor, subject as aforesaid.
IN WITNESS WF~REOF, the Grantor has caused this deed
to be signed in its name by its Vice President and its corporate
