This cause came on to be heard on April 11,1974 on the Petitioners
motion for temporary alimony and support, , motion for temporary restraining
Order , and motion for order for husband to vacate lease hold premises and the
same having been argued by Counsel for the respective parties and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. That~he_.motion for temporary support be in the same as
hereby and granted. That petitioner shall be permitted withdraw the sum
of Fifty Dollars a week from a savings account presently in her sole name at
Citizen Federal Savings and Loan Assoc. of Ft. Pierce. The monies that make
~ up said account having been previously jointly held by the parties hereto.

i Said account is otherwise freezed.

i 2. The motion for a temporary restraining order is hereby granted

~ but that each party is enjoined and restrained from coming about, molesting,
~
~ harming, or otherwise annoying each other.
~ 3. That the motion for Order for husband to vacate lease hold
~
~
~ premises is denied, the court having determined that the premises were large
~ enough that the parties hereto could live there in separate and apart until the
~
~ final hearing on this matter, and that the husband present income did not just~ y
r~
his supporting two households.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUOGED that the respective financial accounts
~
of the parties, save for their personal checking accounts, including but not
limited to accounts with credit unions shall from this date until further Order
