This cause came on for trial on April 3, 1974 and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines as follows:
; A. This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject

i matter of this suit.

~ B. That the property as described in the Complaint filed

~ herein, to-wit:

~ Lot 6, Block 1, Orange Blossom Estates,
~ First Addition, as per plat thereof on
~ file in Plat Book 11, Page 38, public

~ records of St. Lucie County, ~'lorida
~ was sold by the Pl.aintiff for the sum of $39,000 subject to the
~
~
~ outstanding mortgage of $17,585.98, and that the Plaintiff is
entitled to one-half of the net proceeds from the sale and the
~K Defendants are entitled to one-half of the net proceeds from the
- sale, subject to the deductions hereinafter set out.
C. That by Stipulation of the parties hereto the net proceeds
from the sale of the above described property are to be paid into ~
the registry of this court.
